Because each piece is made from natural vellum, every document possesses unique characteristics that are part of its authenticity and enduring character.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Patrigraphica accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • The signed certificate of authenticity must be included
  • Original packaging should be included whenever possible
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Returned items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Natural Parchment Variations

Patrigraphica documents are produced on genuine calfskin parchment (vellum), a natural archival material with inherent organic characteristics.

These natural features may include:

  • Cockles and surface waves
  • Follicle specks
  • Veins and tonal variation
  • Color ranging from antique white to warm honey brown

These variations are not defects. They are a defining part of authentic parchment and ensure that every Patrigraphica document is visually unique.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

When contacting us regarding damage, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Limited & Numbered Editions

Limited and numbered editions follow the same return policy as standard editions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
