Patrigraphica presents the first full-size calfskin reproduction of the Declaration of Independence since the William Stone copies from 1823.
The original Declaration is so faded in some areas that it is no longer legible. The Patrigraphica edition recreates the Declaration as it looked when it was new. To ensure accuracy, we referenced the little known Edward Weeks stainless steel plate housed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
Printed by Chris Cocco on a 25”w x 31”h sheet of Pergamena manuscript-grade calfskin parchment. Color varies from antique cream to light honey. Each Declaration is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
